Server or Hardware Failure

If you experience a failed server or critical component, we can assist. We can diagnose and resolve even the most complicated issues quickly and without fuss. If your equipment cannot be replaced or repaired quickly we usually have hardware available for just such emergency situations, from servers and disks through to network switches and routers.

Disaster Recovery

Disaster recovery can mean anything from restoring a line of business application, to restoring an entire server from a backup to different hardware or a different location. We can assist when you need us most.

Theft & Loss of Equipment

If you need to replace critical equipment quickly, we can help you. We can source most items the same day and provide a quick setup. If you have specific needs (perhaps a particular server or specification) that are more complicated to arrange replacements for we can usually provide interim equipment.

A Second Opinion

Sometimes we all want a second opinion. If you have a question about your IT Support, the advice you are receiving or anything to do with your IT Systems or Support, we can help. It doesn’t matter if you have an IT Support company already, we’re not here to tread on any toes. What we will do is give a “warts and all” opinion on whatever you ask.
