Included As Standard

Primary Technical Contact

Every client is assigned a primary technical contact from our team of experts based on fit and experience, this person will in essence be your technical account manager. We find this ensures better continuity of service for you.

Remote Support

All of our IT Support packages include unlimited remote support from our team. We utilise a number of methods to deliver this support ranging from direct connection to our very own secure desktop control software.

Onsite Support

All of our IT Support packages include time onsite. We find that as much as many IT Support companies push remote support as the ultimate solution, we find sometimes an old fashioned hands on approach is better.

Updates & Housekeeping Service

All of our IT Support packages include out-of-hours updates and housekeeping of your critical systems. We work with you to build a schedule that is appropriate to your business and team activities. We then complete Windows Updates and general housekeeping tasks for you.

System Monitoring

All of our IT Support packages include remote monitoring of your servers and critical systems. We use a proprietary monitoring solution that links directly with our support system, alerting us of any issues, often avoiding more time consuming support later.

Discounted Installations

As a customer we think you should be rewarded for your loyalty to us. We do this the best way we know how, by discounting hardware wherever we can and also any installation related services.

Bespoke Options Available

Out Of Hours -24/7 support

We can offer you a range of out-of-hours and 24/7 support from our team as an option, if you need it. Remote, on-site or telephone support can all be added for evenings, weekends, public holidays – whatever you need really.

Quicker Response Times

Response times and resolution times are often critical elements of any service package. We can offer you a faster response time to suit your teams needs.

Third Party & Vendor Management

IT can be a tricky business with companies often needing numerous services from different providers. We can manage these providers for you. We’ll take on the task of communicating and managing support issues and service provision, leaving you free to get on with your business.

IT Director Service

We can operate as your companies IT Director – Going beyond technical or engineering resource by assisting with IT strategy and planning through engagement with senior managers and directors.

Third Line Engineer / Holiday Cover

We can provide 3rd line engineering services to compliment your existing IT team for project work or simply provide IT support staff for holiday cover, remote or onsite services are available.

Disaster Recovery Options

Disaster recovery options for your business include off-site server backups, offsite server replication and high availability failover solutions.
